REFUNDS POLICY
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, we will happily do that for you, BEFORE the order has shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will need to pay for the return shipping back to us.
Conditions for Returns
In order for any products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The products were purchased in the last 14 days
The products are in the original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Products that have been opened and used for any amount of time unless they become faulty (see below).
Faulty products
As most of our products are hand made here in Australia, all issues with products will be judged on a case by case basis. Please contact us via the ‘connect’ page and we will assist you promptly.
Returning products
Should you return the product back to us for any reason, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. When sending the products back to us, please ensure they are packed adequately to prevent any damage as we will not be held responsible for goods arriving damaged or for goods lost in transit. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We also ensure the original tax invoice is printed and placed in the returns packaging.
